Short answer: absolutely not.

At All Inclusive CrossFit in Winter Park, Florida, we hear this question all the time—from folks who are curious but nervous, interested but unsure. Many people still think CrossFit is only for athletes or people who already “look” fit. That couldn’t be further from the truth—especially not here with us.

We built our gym on the idea that fitness should be accessible, supportive, and judgment-free—whether you’ve never stepped foot in a gym or you’ve been training for years.
